- Delivery Coverage: Pan-India delivery across serviceable postal pin codes in India. We do not ship internationally.
- Free Shipping: Minimum order value is ₹499. All orders receive 100% Free Standard Shipping (₹0 fee). No hidden packing fees are added at checkout.
- Logistics & Couriers: Orders are fulfilled via Shiprocket and delivered by leading national couriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, DTDC, etc.).
- Dispatch & Delivery Timelines:
- Dispatch: Packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
- Remote Regions: 7 to 10 business days.
- Order Tracking: Every order receives an AWB tracking number. Track live status anytime in your Customer Account under "Track Order".
- Package Safety & Damage Claims:
- Do not accept parcels that appear open, cut, or tampered with.
- For internal transit damage or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Requirement: You must provide clear photographs AND a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed outer parcel, shipping label, box opening, and damaged items.
