• Account & Verification: You must create an account to order. Email verification is mandatory via a 6-digit OTP (valid for 10 minutes).
• Minimum Order Value & Free Shipping: The minimum cart value to complete checkout is ₹499. All orders receive 100% Free Standard Shipping (₹0 fee) across India.
• Our Products: We offer premium raw and roasted Makhana (foxnuts). As a 100% natural agricultural product, slight natural variations in puff size, shape, and crunch across batches are normal and not defects.
• Payments: All orders must be prepaid online via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets). We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Unfinished checkouts are automatically cleared after 24 hours.
• Gift Cards & Coupons: Promo codes are limited to single-use per customer. Digital gift cards (₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹5,000) have lifetime validity and cannot be refunded for cash.
• Cancellations & Damage Claims: Orders can be cancelled in your account dashboard only before dispatch. To claim for transit damage or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours with both clear photos and an unedited unboxing video.
• Reviews: Customers can leave 1 review per product. Your registered name and star rating will be displayed publicly.
• Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
